01Baseline what must survive
We inventory URLs, rankings, traffic, links, indexation, templates, metadata and internal paths before the old system changes. Priority URLs are identified using several evidence sources so valuable pages are not lost because one report missed them.
- URL and template inventory
- Search performance baseline
- Backlink destinations
- Content and metadata parity
02Plan the transfer
Every changing URL receives a relevant destination or an explicit removal decision. Redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, navigation, robots controls and analytics are reviewed together, with no homepage catch-all or unowned launch checklist.
- One-to-one redirect mapping
- Staging crawl and comparison
- Indexation controls
- Launch responsibilities
03Watch the release closely
We test production responses, redirects, rendered HTML, internal links and tracking as the site goes live. Search Console, analytics, crawl data and important query groups are monitored through reprocessing so faults are found while the launch team can still act.
- Launch-day validation
- Post-launch crawls
- Indexation monitoring
- Recovery diagnosis
